I upgraded my membership but my access is still limited.
Looks like your browser still stores your old trial login and password. After the upgrade is complete, you will get a new login and password. These should be used to access all the content inside the site. To avoid mistakes, please do the following:
1) Write your new login and password down.
2) Close all your browser windows, including those with our site, and others, too.
3) Load the site's main page and enter the new login and password.
Please wait for 5 minutes. This process may take up to 10 minutes (but usually less).

If you have any problems with viewing videos, please read this:
1) You have successfully played the first video file, but after clicking on the next file, your player has stopped like if waiting for a response from the server.
Possible reason – your player doesn’t transmit your password and login used for access to the member zone. For elimination of the problem click the right button of your mouse on the thumbnail link and choose “Save target as..” in the pop-up menu for downloading the file to your hard-drive. Than you can watch it from there.

2) You try viewing *.wmv file, but there is no picture or sound.
Possible reason – you don’t have Windows Media Player 11 installed. For elimination of the problem download Windows Media Player 11 and install it using the default settings.

3) You try viewing *.avi file, but it doesn’t start or it is starting but there is no picture or sound.
Possible reason – you don’t have appropriate codecs installed. For elimination of the problem download K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and install it using the default settings.

Anyway we recommend you to download and install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack. It includes everything needed for viewing ANY kind of video in online and offline modes.
